Step #1
A thoroug h investigative on-site inspection of the property. This inspection, visual in nature, evaluates and tests 132 critical structures, components, and systems of the home. Findings are documented and supported with digital color photographs taken of any suspect areas found. This inspection generally takes 2-3 hours.
Step #2
A customized report is generated that includes all findings from the on-site inspection complete with supporting photographs. This report provides you with a comprehensive, easy to read, detailed analysis of the property.  The inspection report (generally 20-30 pages) can be delivered either hard copy or electronically (via our secure server), anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day. For the convenience of our customers, reports remain on the server for 5 years.
Step #3
Delivery of the inspection report is followed up with an informative session (in-person or via phone) with each customer, to review the inspection report in detail. This is particularly valuable for out-of-town homebuyers. The report can be viewed and discussed simultaneously on-line so that all findings of the inspection are thoroughly explained.
