11-month Warranty Inspection
This inspection is performed "just prior" to the Builder's Home Warrant y period expiration date. The inspection focuses on all 132 critical structures, components, and systems to ensure that everything is in proper working order before the home warranty expires. In addition to the inspection report, a "punch-list" of repair items is generated for the homeowner to present to the homebuilder.

New Construction (walk-thru) Home Inspection
A new construction inspection is designed for homebuyers who have had a new home b uilt, but have not yet taken ownership. This inspection will be conducted at or near the time of final walk-thru to ensure that all 132 critical structures, components, and systems are installed correctly and in proper working order. Generally, a final "punch-list" is created from this report.

New Construction (builder draw) Home Inspection
A new construction inspection of this type is conducted in "stages" during the construction proc ess. Each inspection (generally a series of 5-8) focuses on the required elements of completion necessary for the builder to receive the next "draw." Reports are generated and delivered to the bank providing financing for the project.

Wind Mitigation Home Inspection
A Wind Mitigation inspection is a specialized inspection that focuses on structural items deemed important to protect the home during high winds associated with tropical storms. Homeowners receive discounts off their insurance premiums based on the presence of these items. Only a SC certified Wind Mitigation Inspector can perform this inspection. After the inspection, a form is sent to the homeowner's insurance carrier and they apply the appropriate discount.
