Coastal Home Inspection Services makes the inspection process as efficient as possible for our clients and real estate partners.

The  "Inspection Request Form"  will provide us with the needed information to schedule and conduct your home inspection.  Please click on the links below to access either of the forms below.   Select the form based on how you want to send it to us, via fax or via email.  Then, just send us the information so that we can get started.

                                                  This form can be printed from here, filled-in
                                                  by hand and faxed back to us. (fax # on form)

Inspection Request Form   (word.version)
                                                  This form can be saved to your computer as 
                                                  a word document, filled-in by typing the
                                                  information, and emailed to us as an
                                                  attachment.  (hint:  If you keep a copy on
                                                  your computer pre-filled with your info., all
                                                  you have to do is add the property info. and
                                                  email it on over to us.)
